 Membership Clause: Conduct and Termination

 1.      Right to Terminate and Revoke Access

The Water Damaged Buildings Association (WDBA) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your membership and revoke your access to the website, member portal, and discussion forums at any time, immediately, and without prior notice.

 2.      Unfit and Detrimental Conduct

Action may be taken if a member engages in behaviour deemed unfit, abusive, defamatory, or detrimental to the objectives, reputation, or community standards of the WDBA. This includes, but is not limited to, violating forum guidelines, harassing other members, or misrepresenting the association.

 3.      Finality of Decisions

As a non-profit entity governed by its Board of Directors, all decisions regarding the interpretation of “unfit conduct” and subsequent account termination are final, binding, and not subject to internal appeal.

 4.      No Refund of Dues

In the event of membership cancellation due to conduct violations, any annual dues / fees paid to the association are non-refundable and will be retained by the WDBA to support its non-profit initiatives.
